The Compensation Manager is a key member of the global HR team and will work very closely with the Director of Global HR Operations and with other key leaders in the organization including the CHRO, and other global HR business partners. This is a highly visible role with influence over the direction of a good mix of employee awards programs. The Compensation Manager will be responsible for researching, analyzing, and making recommendations and modifications to compensation and other awards programs to meet identified objectives and needs for the organization.

This is a hybrid role and will be based at our corporate headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct market pricing for domestic and international positions. Check for internal as well as external equity.

• Update and maintain Official Positions and Salary Bands report.

• Update and maintain compensation and job evaluation plans.

• Work closely with Human Resources Managers to maintain accurate position descriptions.

• Assist Human Resources Managers by running geographical and relocation analyses.

• Participate in various compensation surveys and compile results for management.

• Implement and administer Performance Evaluation Process web-based system.

• Conduct periodic data updates of ADP Vantage to facilitate accurate reporting.

• Work on miscellaneous projects as assigned.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and good knowledge of a variety of compensation survey tools.

• Must be comfortable dealing with all levels of the organization.

• Must be confident to work independently but also be a strong team player.

• Must be detail oriented and have a strong focus on accuracy.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills required.

• Strong problem solving skills required.

• Must be well organized and able to adapt quickly and positively to changing priorities
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree and three or more years of experience in the Compensation function.

• Prior market pricing experience for both domestic and international positions, required.

• Knowledge of FLSA, Sales Incentive Plans and other incentive-based compensation programs and other human resources related principles, practices, regulations and standards.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, strong ability to present information in an objective and logical manner for effective decision making

• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, team-oriented, "hands-on" environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

• CCP or PHR designation or work towards designation, desired.
COMPUTER EQUIPMENT AND SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS:
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, look-ups, charts/graphs, and similar techniques), Excel and PowerPoint expertise and experience working with database applications are required. Ability to assimilate new programs quickly. Knowledge of ADP Payroll systems and report writing reporting are a plus.
